The Variegated ZZ Plant is a rare and highly sought-after variation of the classic ZZ Plant, known for its striking marbled foliage. Each leaf displays unique patterns of creamy white, yellow, and green variegation, creating a bold contrast against its naturally glossy leaves. Its upright, sculptural stems give the plant a modern, architectural appearance, making it a stunning statement piece for homes or offices.

Because every leaf develops its own variegation pattern, no two plants are exactly alike. The plant grows from thick rhizomes beneath the soil, allowing it to store water and tolerate periods of neglect, which makes it both beautiful and resilient.

What Makes It Special:
✔ Rare Variegation – Creamy white or yellow marbling on deep green leaves.
✔ Effortless Care – Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation but can tolerate medium light.
✔ Expertly Repotted – Pre-potted in our premium 5-component soil blend for healthy roots and balanced hydration.
✔ Locally Grown & Acclimated – Stronger, healthier, and already adjusted to your home environment for faster growth.🍁

Care Guide

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light.
Can tolerate medium light, but growth may be slower. Avoid strong direct sunlight, which can burn the lighter variegated areas of the leaves.

Water
: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water thoroughly, then discard any excess water from the saucer. Overwatering can lead to root or rhizome rot.

Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix.
A mix containing potting soil, perlite, and bark helps prevent excess moisture around the roots.

Temperature: Ideal range: 18–26°C (65–80°F). Avoid temperatures below 12°C (54°F) and protect from cold drafts.

Humidity: Prefers average household humidity. Does not require extra humidity but will tolerate moderate levels.

Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer. Reduce feeding during fall and winter.

Repotting: Repot every 2–3 years or when rhizomes fill the pot. Always use a pot with good drainage holes.

Tip: This plant stores water in underground rhizomes, making it more tolerant of underwatering than overwatering.

Toxicity: The plant contains calcium oxalate crystals and is toxic if ingested by pets or humans.
