Plant Care
General Plant Care Guide
Welcome to our plant care guide! While each plant has specific needs (check individual product pages for detailed care instructions), here are some universal tips to help your houseplants thrive.
💧 Watering
Most houseplants prefer soil that is evenly moist but not soggy. Always check the top 1-2 cm of soil before watering. When in doubt, it's better to underwater than overwater.
☀️ Light
Bright, indirect light works well for most houseplants. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch leaves. If your plant's colors are fading or growth is slow, it may need more light.
🌡️ Temperature & Humidity
Most tropical houseplants prefer temperatures between 18-24°C and moderate to high humidity. Mist leaves occasionally or use a pebble tray to increase humidity.
🌱 Fertilizing
Feed your plants during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer. Reduce or stop fertilizing in fall and winter when growth slows.
✂️ Maintenance
Remove dead or yellowing leaves, dust foliage regularly, and check for pests. Repot when roots become crowded, typically every 1-2 years.
Remember: Each plant is unique! Check the care guide on your specific plant's product page for detailed instructions tailored to that variety.
