At Plantalure, we’re committed to providing you with healthy plants and excellent service. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Plant Health Guarantee
We guarantee that every plant shipped meets our quality standards. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or a severely damaged plant. While we take great care in packaging, shipping stress can occasionally cause damage, and we’re here to help if that happens.
Plant Acclimation
Plants need time to adjust to their new environment after shipping. We recommend following the care guide provided with your order to help them settle in.
Natural Variations
All live plants are naturally unique, so variations in size, height, shape, or root structure compared to product photos or descriptions should be expected. These natural differences do not constitute defects and are consistent with horticultural industry standards. Product images and descriptions are provided as general references, not exact representations of the plant you will receive.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Severe Transit Damage: Plants with significant breakage (e.g., snapped stems, multiple destroyed leaves) or total loss are eligible.
- Not Eligible: Minor cosmetic imperfections, natural leaf drop, or slight shipping stress do not qualify.
- Extended Transit: Damage caused by delivery delays rescheduled by the recipient is not covered.
- Return Condition: Returned plants must be in original packaging, unused, with tags intact.
- Repotting Policy: Repotting your plant within the first 14 days voids our guarantee.
Refund Request Process
- Take clear photos of the plant immediately upon opening the package.
- Contact us the same day with photos and details.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- If approved, we'll issue a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Live plants are not eligible for returns.
- Orders shipped with tracking are considered delivered once the carrier marks them as received. If you did not receive your package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
- Plants damaged due to prolonged transit time caused by refused delivery or delayed pickup are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation or Refused Delivery
Orders enter processing immediately to ensure items - particularly live plants - are shipped in optimal condition. Canceling an order after processing has begun, or refusing delivery upon arrival, will result in additional charges to cover handling, repotting, packaging, and shipping costs. These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
A 40% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.
Any plant damaged due to prolonged transit time caused by refused delivery or delayed pickup will not qualify for a refund.
