Monstera Burle Marx Flame is a rare and highly desirable aroid known for its dramatic, deeply lobed leaves that resemble flickering flames as the plant matures. Its unique foliage shape and climbing growth habit make it a standout collector plant in any rare tropical collection.
As it grows, Monstera Burle Marx Flame develops increasingly intricate and fenestrated leaves when provided with support such as a moss pole. Each leaf becomes more complex over time, enhancing its sculptural and architectural appearance.
This slow-growing Monstera is prized for its rarity, unusual form, and strong collector demand, making it one of the more sought-after species in modern aroid collections.
What Makes It Special:
✔ Striking Flame-Shaped Foliage – Its deeply cut, sculptural leaves give it a dramatic, fire-like appearance unlike any other Monstera.
✔ Effortless Care – A resilient, forgiving plant that delivers big, dramatic foliage without demanding high-maintenance care.
✔ Expertly Repotted – Nestled in our premium 5-component soil blend for strong roots and perfect moisture balance.
✔ Locally Grown & Acclimated – Thrives faster and stays healthier, already adapted to your home’s conditions.
🌿 Growth Habit:
Naturally climbing and vining. Produces aerial roots that seek support, allowing the plant to climb and develop larger, more fenestrated (split) leaves over time. Can also be grown trailing or left to sprawl, but thrives best when supported with a pole or stake, where it can reach its full potential.

Care Guide
Light: Prefers bright to medium indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions, but growth may slow and coloration may become less vibrant. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2–3 inches of soil are dry. Keep soil lightly moist but never soggy. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
Soil: Use a well-draining, airy mix such as potting soil combined with perlite and orchid bark. Good drainage is essential.
Temperature: Ideal range is 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature drops.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity but adapts well to average indoor levels. Higher humidity encourages healthier, larger foliage.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in fall and winter.
Pruning & Maintenance: Remove yellowing or damaged leaves to encourage new growth and maintain appearance.
Tips: Provide space for expansion as it matures into a large, statement plant. Rotate occasionally for even growth.
