Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All import preorder sales are final. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following:

• No cancellations once an order is placed. Preorders enter the import process immediately and cannot be cancelled.
• No refunds for shipping delays, cosmetic changes, acclimation stress, or changes in plant appearance after import.
• DOA only: Replacements are provided solely if the plant arrives completely non-viable (Dead on Arrival). Minor shipping stress, yellowing, cosmetic damage, or acclimation loss do not qualify.
• Import timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, inspections, airline schedules, or weather are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Discount codes are not valid on preorder items and may result in order cancellation.
