Care Guide
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation. A few hours of soft morning sun is fine but avoid harsh afternoon sun. Low light will make the creamy tones fade and the plant turn greener.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix a blend with peat, perlite, and orchid bark works beautifully.
Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry. Ensure the pot has drainage holes this plant dislikes soggy roots. Reduce watering slightly during the winter months.
Temperature & Humidity: Loves warmth: 65–80°F (18–27°C).Average household humidity works fine, but it appreciates a little extra humidity in very dry conditions. Keep away from drafts, AC vents, and heaters.
Fertilizer: During the growing season (spring & summer), feed once a month with a diluted, balanced liquid fertilizer. Pause feeding in fall and winter.
Pruning: Wipe leaves occasionally to
keep them glossy and healthy. Prune leggy stems if you want a fuller, bushier
look.
Repotting – Repot young plants yearly, older ones every 2–3 years, using a slightly larger pot. Use well-draining soil, adding a layer of expanded clay at the bottom. Transfer the plant, fill gaps with fresh mix, and water well.
