Light:
- Prefers bright, indirect light.

- Can tolerate moderate indoor light, but growth may slow.
Watering:
- Keep the soil lightly moist, never soggy.
- Water when the top 1 inch of soil feels dry.
- Reduce watering in cooler months when growth slows.
Humidity:
- Likes high humidity, around 50–70%.
- Can adapt to average indoor humidity but will thrive with a humidifier or pebble tray.
Temperature:
- Ideal: 65–80°F (18–27°C).
- Protect from drafts, sudden cold, and temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
Soil:
- Use a well-draining potting mix, such as peat-based soil with perlite or orchid bark.
- Avoid heavy, water-retentive soils.
Fertilizer:
- Feed every 4 weeks during the growing season with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
- Stop or reduce feeding in fall/winter.
Potting & Repotting:
- Repot every 1–2 years in spring.
- Use a slightly larger pot with drainage holes.
Pruning & Maintenance:

Seasonal Care Tips
Spring
As light and growth increase, move your plant to a bright spot with indirect light. Resume watering when the top 2–5 cm of soil is dry and begin monthly fertilizing to support new growth.
Summer
Peak growing season. Water consistently as soil dries faster in the heat. Maintain elevated humidity and protect foliage from intense afternoon sun. Avoid temperatures above 30°C.
Fall
As daylight softens, find a stable warm spot away from cool windows and drafts. Gradually reduce watering and stop fertilizing. Some plants may shed older leaves as part of their natural cycle — this is normal.
Winter
Provide the brightest available indirect light and water sparingly once soil begins to dry. Maintain humidity and keep plants comfortably above 15°C. Avoid radiators, cold glass, and drafts. Do not fertilize until spring.
