Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal. Avoid direct sunlight, which may scorch the textured leaves.
Water: Water when the top 1–2 cm of soil feels dry. Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy. Good drainage is essential.
Soil: Use a well-draining, airy potting mix. A blend designed for begonias or tropical plants works best.
Temperature: Thrives in warm indoor temperatures between 18–26°C (65–80°F). Protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity but adapts well to normal indoor conditions. Extra humidity will enhance leaf texture and growth.
Fertilizer: Feed monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a diluted balanced fertilizer.
Maintenance: Minimal upkeep required. Remove older or damaged leaves as needed to keep the plant tidy.
