Imported Plant Acclimation & Care Guide

This plant ships bareroot. Leaves may appear wilted, yellowed, or stressed from transit - this is expected and does not indicate a damaged plant. Roots are the priority.

Upon Arrival

  • Unbox promptly and inspect roots
  • Soak roots in water for 1–2 hours
  • Pot in a well-draining chunky hoya/aroid mix
  • Place in bright indirect light immediately

First 2 Weeks (Acclimation)

  • Water lightly — keep mix barely moist
  • Maintain humidity 60–70% if possible
  • Avoid fertilizing until new growth appears
  • Do not repot again during this period

Ongoing Care (Once Established)

  • Temperature: 18–28°C (65–82°F)
  • Humidity: 60–80% preferred
