Aglaonema ‘Lipstick Pink’ is a vibrant tropical houseplant admired for its striking, colorful foliage and easy-care nature. A member of the Chinese Evergreen family, this variety stands out with glossy green leaves dramatically edged and veined in vivid pink to red tones, resembling a swipe of lipstick, which gives the plant its name.
The leaves are broad, slightly oval, and grow in a compact, upright clump, creating a full and bushy appearance that adds instant colour and elegance to indoor spaces. Depending on light conditions, the pink hues can range from soft blush to bold, electric tones, making each plant uniquely beautiful.

Care Guide
Light: Thrives in low to medium indirect light. Tolerates fluorescent lighting, ideal for offices. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch leaves or fade colors.
Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Keep the soil slightly moist, but never soggy. Reduce watering in winter when growth slows. Yellowing leaves often indicate overwatering.
Temperature: Prefers 18–27°C (65–80°F). Keep away from cold drafts or heat vents. Avoid temperatures below 15°C (60°F).
Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity but adapts to average indoor air. Mist occasionally or use a pebble tray in dry environments.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix.
A blend of peat, perlite, and pine bark works best. Ensure the pot has drainage holes.
Fertilizer: Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer at half strength. No need to fertilize in winter.
Maintenance & Tips: Remove yellow or damaged leaves to encourage new growth. Wipe leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust and enhance shine.
Repot every 2–3 years or when roots outgrow the pot.
