The Fire Stick, also called Pencil Cactus, is a succulent shrub characterized by thin, upright, pencil-like stems that branch densely from the base. The stems are smooth and leafless for most of the year, giving the plant a minimalist, coral-like appearance.
Its color shifts from bright green to vivid shades of yellow, orange, and red, especially when grown in full sun, dry conditions, or cooler temperatures - which is why it’s often sold under the name “Sticks on Fire.”
What Makes It Special:
✔ Vibrant Stem Colors – Its pencil-like stems can glow bright green in low light and transform to fiery shades of yellow, orange, or red under full sun or cooler conditions, giving it a dramatic “fire stick” appearance.
✔ Extremely Low Maintenance – Drought-tolerant and hardy, it thrives with minimal watering and care, ideal for busy plant owners or beginners.
✔ Expertly Repotted – Nestled in our premium 5-component soil blend for strong roots and perfect moisture balance.🍁

Care Guide
Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun. Avoid direct sunlight - it can scorch the leaves. Can tolerate moderate light indoors but colors may fade.
Water: Keep soil evenly moist but never soggy. Water when the top 1–2 cm of soil feels dry. Avoid water on leaves to prevent spots or rot.
Soil: Well-draining, peat-based potting mix. Add perlite or orchid bark for extra aeration.
Temperature: Thrives in 18–25°C (65–77°F). Keep above 15°C (59°F). Avoid cold drafts.
Humidity: Prefers high humidity (50–70%). Mist occasionally or use a pebble tray. Avoid placing near dry air vents or heaters.
Fertilizer: Feed with diluted balanced fertilizer every 4–6 weeks in spring–summer.
Pruning & Maintenance: Remove dead or yellowing leaves regularly. Pinch back stems to encourage bushier growth.
Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when root-bound. Best in spring when growth resumes.
Tips: Keep away from direct sun and cold drafts. Rotate the plant for even growth and leaf exposure. Ideal for tabletops, shelves, and indoor plant displays.
