Care Guide

Light: Bright, indirect light is essential to maintain vibrant pink variegation. Too little light can cause leaves to revert to mostly green, while too much direct sun can scorch them.

Water
: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry. Avoid overwatering, and ensure the pot has proper drainage.

Soil: Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix equal parts potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark—to keep roots aerated.

Temperature & Humidity: Prefers high humidity (60–80%). Mist regularly, use a pebble tray, or run a humidifier to encourage lush growth.

Fertilizer:  Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. Cut back during fall and winter.

Repotting: Repot young plants yearly, older ones every 2–3 years, using a slightly larger pot. Use well-draining soil, adding a layer of expanded clay at the bottom. Transfer the plant, fill gaps with fresh mix, and water well.

Pruning: If a stem starts producing mostly green leaves, prune back to the last leaf with strong pink variegation to encourage new, colorful growth.

Safety:  Toxic to pets and humans if ingested. Keep out of reach.
