Care Guide

Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. East or west-facing windows with filtered light work well.

Water
: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent root rot.

Soil: Use a well-draining, chunky aroid mix—such as a blend of peat moss, perlite, vermiculite, or orchid bark.

Temperature & Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (60-80%). Increase humidity by using a humidifier, misting leaves regularly, or placing the plant on a pebble tray with water. Keep in a warm environment between 65°F and 85°F (18°C to 29°C). Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Fertilizer: Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength. Reduce feeding in fall and winter.

Repotting: Repot young plants yearly, older ones every 2–3 years, using a slightly larger pot. Use well-draining soil, adding a layer of expanded clay at the bottom. Transfer the plant, fill gaps with fresh mix, and water well.

Pruning: Trim yellowing or damaged leaves and prune to shape the plant as needed.

Safety:  Toxic to pets and humans if ingested. Keep out of reach.

Canada Wide Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, with delivery times of 1–5 days depending on your location. Each plant is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival, with complimentary insulation and heat packs included during colder months for optimal protection.

What to Expect

Each plant comes in its original nursery pot, which is typically 0.5–1 inch smaller than the listed size to ensure it fits neatly into a decorative pot of the same size.

As with all living things, each plant is unique. Natural variation in size, shape, and coloration is to be expected. We do our best to select a plant that closely matches the one shown on our website in the size you've chosen one that’s healthy, beautiful, and ready to thrive in your home.
