Care Guide

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Can tolerate some gentle morning sun, but avoid harsh midday rays that may scorch the leaves.

Water: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry, ensuring the pot has drainage holes. Never let it sit in standing water.

Soil: Use a rich, well-draining mix—potting soil blended with perlite, coco coir, and orchid bark works well.

Temperature & Humidity: Maintain warm conditions between 65–85°F (18–29°C). Keep away from cold drafts and heating vents.

Fertilizer: Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. Pause fertilizing in fall and winter.

Pruning & Maintenance: If a stem starts producing mostly green leaves, prune back to the last leaf with strong pink variegation to encourage new, colorful growth.

Repotting: Repot young plants yearly, older ones every 2–3
years, using a slightly larger pot. Use well-draining soil, adding a layer of
expanded clay at the bottom. Transfer the plant, fill gaps with fresh mix, and
water well.

Safety:  Toxic to pets and humans if ingested. Keep out of reach.

What to Expect

Each plant comes in its original nursery pot, which is typically 0.5–1 inch smaller than the listed size to ensure it fits neatly into a decorative pot of the same size.
